Service DeskThis program equips students with a variety of business skills (asking questions, listening, empathy, customer service, business process management and continuous improvement, Design Thinking for Training, as well as service creation, management, and delivery (ITIL 4 Foundation and Help Desk Analyst certifications). Students will also develop proficiency using job relevant software and support tools (Excel, Jira, and ServiceNow). Students will also develop technical skills and earn certification in CyberSafe, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (4-6 months).
